The Active Living project offers various options for residents and investors.
Retirees interested in residing at the Active Living project can purchase a room at an affordable price while enjoying access to our comprehensive healthcare services. If you’re intrigued by the project but not yet ready to move in, consider investing in a room. Investors can purchase rooms, allowing the Active Living project to manage them for a 10-year term, sharing returns during this period. After 10 years, investors are welcome to move into the rooms they’ve purchased.
For Investment Purposes When investing in the Active Living project, we will manage your condos for 10 years, offering short-term accommodations for other retirees. Profits will be distributed to investors, and after the 10-year term, you can move in and enjoy your new home.
